Hello and welcome.
Today we are reviewing the 7 days of the week in French.
In 10 minutes, not one more.

Here are the 7 days of the week, in order:

• Monday
• Tuesday
• Wednesday
• THURSDAY
• Friday
• SATURDAY
• Sunday

They are always written in lowercase in French, except at the beginning of a sentence.

• Today is Tuesday.
• Tomorrow will be Wednesday.
• Yesterday was Monday.
• I work Monday to Friday.
• I rest on Saturday and Sunday.

Here are some sample questions:

• What day is it?
• What day do you work?
• Is it open on Sundays?

And to answer:

• It's Thursday.
• I work Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

To remember the days of the week:

• Repeat them out loud every day.
• Write down your appointments and activities in French.
• Create your own schedule with the days spelled out.
• Associate each day with a simple action (Monday: work, Saturday: market, Sunday: rest, etc.).
